A festive theatrical concert “Uly Dala Muragerlerі” was held at the Regional Abai Drama Theater in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of the autonomous educational organization “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” Kulyash Shamshidinova, Deputy of the Akim of Semey city Aidar Sadyrbayev, Secretary of the City Maslikhat Beisenbek Akzhalov, the parents, school staff and students.
“On behalf of the first president of the country – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, the first Intellectual School was opened in January 2009 in the city of Nur-Sultan, further in the cities of Kokshetau and Semey. At that time we especially felt the support of the President of the country, the Government and the Parliament, and most importantly, the parents who entrusted us with the upbringing of their children. Currently, our graduates are studying at universities like Harvard, Stanford, and Columbia University, and in the best domestic universities. Happy holiday, this holiday is common for all of us”, emphasized Kulyash Shamshidinova.
”For history, 10 years is only an instant. For an independent state, each of ten years is precious. The graduates of an exemplary school contribute to the development of the state”, said Deputy of the Akim of Semey Aidar Sadyrbayev after a concert.
