The teachers gathered at IQup NIS

In the celebration of the wonderful holiday teachers’ day, on October 2, the intellectual club “IQup NISS” held the second online Brain Ring game. The participants were the teachers of the NIS PhMD in Semey from different faculties such as the Kazakh language, mathematics, English, chemistry, fine arts, BMT and physical education. The game was attended by four teacher teams and held through the Microsoft Teams platform.

The Brain-Ring consisted of three rounds with 6 questions in each stage. In this intellectual competition, teachers were able to demonstrate teamwork skills, mental flexibility, speed of thinking, and creativity.  Club members are very grateful to every teacher for their interest in the game and support shown towards students’ initiatives.

The most erudite team turned out to be “Alash Intellect”, which scored the highest scores in the game. The teams were awarded with certificates and diplomas. “Many thanks to the organizers of the game. We thought that we would not have enough time for discussion, however, the questions turned out to be very interesting. We could get away from the everyday life, and despite the game being online, we felt the spirit of gambling and were able to play as one team. We will look forward to more such games and prepare for them. We wish prosperity to the games and your club”, – Almira Kabidoldanovna, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature at the NIS PhMD in Semey shared her impressions.

IQup NISS believes that intellectual games are a great way to show a new side of oneself, shorten boring everyday life, feel team spirit and unity. Participation in such games is an important experience and, of course, a source of new impressions related to school life. In the future, the club plans to expand its audience and host games related to various topics and spheres of life in different formats.
