The results of the Creative Saturday project

In the 2017-2018 academic year, the “Creative Saturday” project was launched in the branch “Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Math in Semey”, the main purpose of which was to provide psychological and pedagogical support to the newly arrived students of the 7th grade.
The idea of ​​the project is that students through an artificially created creative environment, easier to adapt in the conditions of a full-time school, believe in their strengths and gain confidence. The formation of the team within the framework of this project goes through the organization of creative suubbot. Every Saturday the children attended creative lessons of dombra, dance, vocal, hour of reading, the hour of a psychologist. In the process of implementing the project, the guys solve problems, learn to work as a team, help each other
In anticipation of the May holidays for the collective school and parents of seventh grade students premiered. This was the first concert, consisting of the creative numbers of the pupils of only the seventh grades. The concert program is the result of the “Creative Saturday” project.
Within the framework of republican projects “100 songs”, “100 kuis”, “100 books” schoolboys were engaged in studying of a heritage of the Kazakh and world culture. At the concert, the children presented their classes, what they learned during the year.
Under the project “100 kui” every pupil of the 7th grade had to learn how to perform 1 kui by the end of the year. The audience was heard in the performance of 80 dombra players kui of the great Kazakh national musician, composer Kurmangazy Sagyrbayuly “Balbyrauyn”.
Schoolchildren congratulated the audience on the upcoming holiday, the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan is a special holiday of friendship and unity of the people of Kazakhstan. At the dance lessons the students prepared dances of different nationalities: Russian folk dance, Spanish, Jewish and Turkish dances.
According to the project “100 books”, according to the list of cultural heritage of world fiction, the students selected works and prepared stagings from the novel of the great English playwright William Shakespeare “Romeo and Juliet”, the poem of the Kazakh cultural figure and poet Mukagali Makatayev “Akkular uiktaganda”, from the fairy tale English mathematician and poet Lewis Carroll “The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland”, from the story of the national writer Sherkhan Murtaza “Sogystyn songy zhesyry”.
In the course of the year, the children studied the songs of the great Abay, Kazakh folk songs under the project “100 songs”. At the concert, the vocal compositions “Kazakh Eli Osindai”, “I will always love you”, “Bul an buryngy annen ozgerek” were performed.
At the end of the concert program in the performance of the choir the patriotic composition of Eskendir Hasangaliev “Atameken” sounded.
Director of  Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Semey Kaiyrzhanov B.T and deputy director for educational work Abylkassimova L.O. summed up the results of the successful implementation of the Creative Saturday project. This project in the future academic year will continue in an updated format, when each of them will choose its direction for development.
Parents expressed gratitude to the project leaders and the school staff for their contribution to the development of the creative abilities of students. They noted that thanks to this project the children became friends and became friendly.
The concert of the project ended with a memorable photo session of the concert participants with the leaders and parents.
We saw friendly teams of 7 classes on the scene, the eyes of the children shone with joy and pride! The main objective of the project “Creative Saturday” is fulfilled, the guys successfully passed the adaptation, created class collectives, became friends for further development in the intellectual plan. The created creative environment will help us to see among them the winners of the Olympiads and projects. A creative startup helped the guys find friends and like-minded people for the further development of their abilities and talents!
