Muhammadarif won the Eurasian Olympiad

A student of the 12th grade of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey, Muhammadarif Sakhmoldin took the 1st place at the XIV Eurasian Olympiad in Informatics.


In addition to 36 teams from the country, the Olympiad, organized in Almaty, was attended by teams from neighboring countries – Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan. The traditional Olympiad was held in two rounds, just like last year. Having shown himself in the qualifying round, our student proved his worth at the final stage.


As a result, our student won and was awarded a diploma and a gold medal from the organizers. In addition, Muhammadarif was awarded a grant from the Kazakh-British Technical University.


Muhammadarif Sakhmoldin previously won gold medals of the Republican and International Zhautykov Olympiad in Informatics, silver and bronze medals of the International Olympiad in Informatics.
