Won a prize at the Junior Olympiad

Damir Yekibaev, a 10th grade student of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey, won a bronze medal at the International Junior Olympiad (IJSO).

The annual Junior Olympiad for schoolchildren under 16 was held this year in Bogota (Colombia). More than 60 countries took part in this Olympiad.

During the Olympiad, our student showed his knowledge of physics, biology and chemistry.
