The teacher of the intellectual school became a doctor (PhD)

Teacher of History of Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physical and Mathematical Direction g. Maksat Kudageldin of Semey became a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the educational program “Pedagogy and Psychology”. Our colleague, who completed his doctoral studies in “Pedagogy and Psychology” at Alikhan Bokeikhan University, successfully defended his dissertation on the topic “Pedagogical foundations of the formation of cultural and historical awareness of students” at the National University named after L. N. Gumilev.

– The relevance of my dissertation lies in the formation of cultural-historical consciousness through educational mechanisms and in the fact that teachers help students to better understand, preserve, promote their cultural heritage, make decisions that help future development, develop their civic position. This promotes intercultural understanding and respect, which are crucial for the creation of a harmonious and diverse society. On the basis of the raised questions, for the first time, a special educational course “Pedagogy of historical memory” was introduced into the Kazakh educational system, says Maksat Tursynkhanovich.

The teacher, who is the owner of copyright and more than 40 scientific articles and textbooks, has been working in the intellectual school system since 2020.

Currently, in addition to Maksat Kudageldin, 5 teachers of the school are continuing their doctoral studies in biology, physics, English, and chemistry. This testifies to the effective work of the principles aimed at improving the qualifications of teaching staff in the educational institution.
