In the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey, a regional workshop “School: Education of the Personality” has started. The event, which will last 2 days, will be attended by specialists from the education department of the Abai region, education departments of cities and districts, deputy directors of schools for educational work, teachers and librarians. The main goal is to disseminate the experience of the educational system of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.
– Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools implement various programs and projects to educate the individual. Projects such as “100 songs”, “100 kyui”, “100 books”, “Strong family”, “Tugan elge tagzym”, “Smart Thursday” and the work of the Shanyrak association instill in every student a love for the country and native land , respect for national art and values, respect for the older generation. This experience, accumulated over the years at today’s workshop, we share with the teachers of the region. Thanks to close bilateral cooperation, we have the opportunity to provide not only high-quality education, but also upbringing. I am sure that every teacher who took part in the event will learn and accept the necessary, useful information, – says Aida Agadil, Deputy Director of the Development Department of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools of AEO Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools.
During the workshop, integrated classes were held for teachers at the Intellectual Schools of Pavlodar and Ust-Kamenogorsk with certain subjects on various topics.
– We have already presented various projects in the field of education to the schools of the city, and we are working together, meeting several times during the year, exchanging experience. Now we have expanded our geography and will cooperate with rural schools. More than 220 teachers expressed their desire to take part in the seminar. We do not stop only at this seminar. The work will be continued, – says Larissa Abylkassymova, deputy director of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey.

A young teacher from the village of Makanchi, Urzhar district, noted that such events are informative and useful.In today’s society, where every day is filled with novelty, the upbringing of children requires special attention. The school plays an important role in this. Now it is impossible to train and educate a student in the old way, new approaches and directions are needed. This is the direction I see at today’s training seminar. I plan to introduce various projects in our school that will help students grow as citizens, patriots, – says Darkhan Mamytkhanov, Deputy Director for Educational Work of the Aset Naimanbai Secondary School.
The workshop has become a great platform for the exchange of experience and the expansion of knowledge in the field of training and education of teachers in rural schools.
