Not many people of retirement age know about the benefits of mobile applications. With this in mind, students of the 8th grade of our school held an evening for the elderly “Improving computer literacy”. The event was organized within the framework of the project “Urpaktar sabaqtastygy” by teachers-organizers-curators Botagoz Salikhova, Gulnur Zhakeyeva, Dinara Volmer. Grandparents who became guests of the evening , with the support of students, we learned a lot about such popular applications as Damumed, 2GIS, Infobus.
– “Today we are coming at the invitation of our grandchildren. Every year new innovations come into everyday life. For example, we are sure that useful applications in gadgets will bring us great benefits. We learned a lot about how applications work, how they are used. For this I want to express my deep gratitude,” said grandfather Yerkin Magzumovich Kozhakhmetov.
The evening continued with a concert program, not limited to a theoretical review of applications, and even practically tested many of them, for example, grandmothers made an appointment at their clinics. Students sang, played the dombra, danced on the stage: Ayim Tanirbergen, Mukhamedali Nurulla, Arna Darkhanovna, Ayazhan Kudaibergen. The evening ended with the wishes and blessings of the grandchildren from their grandparents.
