Saidа Nurlan, a 12th-grade student at Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Semey, specializing in physics and mathematics, has been awarded a full scholarship to study at Lingnan University in Hong Kong. It was recently announced that the young intellectual has become a student at a foreign university.
“I enjoy working with people, including studying the psychology of individuals, which is an interesting topic for me. Two years ago, together with a subject teacher, I worked on a research project on high school students’ ability to learn the English language. In the future, I plan to study and work in this field,” says Saidа Nurlan.
It is worth noting that in addition to Lingnan University, our student applied to domestic and American universities. “However, the choice fell on Lingnan. This decision was greatly influenced by the university’s position and my family friends who graduated from our school,” said Saidа.
