The first bell rang in NIS Semey!

Today, on September 1, a solemn ceremony was traditionally held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey. The event was held as part of the “Year of Children” and “Year of Folk Art and Cultural Heritage of the CIS” celebrated in our country in 2022.

At the solemn line, school director Bagdan Kairzhanov, congratulating teachers, students and parents, noted that the past academic year was successful and the upcoming one requires new tasks and conquering new heights.

– For this, according to the established tradition, we will make efforts to ensure that newly accepted students can quickly adapt to the new environment and receive a comprehensive education and upbringing, like high school students, – the director said in his speech.

One of those who were lucky enough to study at the Intellectual School is Arnur Nurgazin, who scored the maximum number of points in the competitive selection.

During the event, intra-school and network projects were announced. Letters of thanks were also presented to students who won international subject Olympiads and competitions. At the end of the solemn part, the students went to school for a curatorial hour.
