Full scholarships in Canada!

Deadline: December 1, 2018

The University of British Columbia (UBC) provides an award that covers the costs of studying at this university. The International Leader of Tomorrow Award is awarded to international students who demonstrate excellent academic success, leadership skills, active participation in student affairs and community service and have recognized achievements in such areas as art, sports, debate or other academic competitions.

The winners receive a prize commensurable with their financial need, determined by the costs of their tuition fees, fees and living expenses, with the deduction of the financial contribution that a student and his family can make each year on their own. A standard assessment of needs is based on financial information provided by students and their families.

The International Leader of Tomorrow award can be extended for up to three years of undergraduate or before the completion of studies, depending on whichever is less, if the student achieves satisfactory academic achievement at his faculty, he continues to demonstrate financial needs and supports his Canadian study permission (visa).

Ideal candidate description:

Candidates for the award must be nominated by the school in which they are currently studying or recently graduated, or by the university from which they transfer to the University of British Columbia. To be recognized as the winner of the International Leader of Tomorrow, students must:

  • have excellent academic performance (at least the average or equivalent standard “A”)
