An interesting event for the students of the hostel took place in our library. The theme of the creative hour was a closer acquaintance of the children with the network project “100 books recommended for reading by students of the Intellectual Schools”. The main goal of the event is to understand the value of the literary heritage, increase the interest of readers, and develop the creative thinking of students.
During the fascinating conversation, the students were able to get acquainted not only with the project, but also talk about their favorite books and authors, share interesting ideas about the meaning of literature in our life.
The practical part of the creative hour consisted in students creating their own author’s version for the cover of their favorite book. The resulting drawings will also be presented to the school community for selection of the best works.
