“Managing the Future: How to Adapt to Changes Easily and Quickly”

The school completed the online program for 12th grade students “Management of the future: a quick and easy way to adapt to changes.” This program was developed by educational psychologists of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools. The organizers of the program in our school are teachers-psychologists M.A.Kochetova, Zh.M. Mukhametkalieva, A.S. Zholamanova.
The goal of the program is to acquire vital knowledge and practical skills by students for quick adaptation to changes, building productive relationships with the environment and achieving their goals. The program is aimed at strengthening the adaptation mechanisms of students in grades 12 through the formation of practical skills that facilitate the solution of life tasks associated with changes in the surrounding reality. The program is the starting point in the development of the vital adaptive qualities of the graduate. Within the framework of this program, students met on various topics, such as: “My relationship”, “Three positions of perception”, “My dream”, “My choice”, “My opportunities”, “Emotion management”. Each meeting was filled with theory and practice. There were examples and tasks for independent work. Each subsequent lesson included a discussion of the self-study assignments given in the previous lessons. After each meeting, students were offered useful literature and various videos.
In conclusion, the students expressed their gratitude for these meetings. They noted the benefits of this program.
