The students of “Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics in Semey” staged a drama of the famous writer, playwright and laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dulat Isabekov – “Apke”.
The play performed by the members of the «Lira” literary club at the school’s dormitory was the students’ first step in the field of theatrical art. Despite this, there were many spectators who came to the play. The leadership of the school, teachers, students and parents came to support the young artists and sincerely applauded them.
The drama “Apke” by Dulat Isabekov is a work that reflects the image of young people who in the stream of modern life waste national values, humanity, and the concepts of morality, duty and dignity. Moreover, we have a specific reason why we chose this play. Through this play, we wanted to convey to each of our students the importance of family values, family upbringing and relations between relatives. Knowing the character and abilities of the students, we allocated the roles between them and prepared them in a short time,” said the head of the literary club “Lira” – Mukhamet Slamdzhan.
The scenery played an important role in the production. The role of the main character Kamazhai was perfectly performed by Dana Gabdilkarimkyzy, Omar – Turar Kametay, Timur (Tim) – Zhanuzak Alpysbayev, Nazila (Naz) – Yerkezhan Rakhymzhanova, Gaukhar (Nazila’s girlfriend) – Dayana Urzakanova, a beloved girl Kamila of Timur – Dilnaz Koishybayeva, Sultan (Timur’s friend) – Arman Tusupkhanov, Sulukhan (Svetlana) – Alua Ilyasova, Kaben – Merkhat Yerezhepov, neighbor – Amina Aitbayeva.
The actions of the actors made the audience excitedly enjoy the development of events on the stage, holding them in suspense until the end of the production. The ability to make the audience laugh and cry is a great art.
“You made our day. Thank you for the great work done in such a short time. Today we recognized you from a new perspective. I think everyone sitting in the hall got a good impression. Now we look forward to hearing new stages from you. Creative success”, wished the director of the school Bagdan Kaiyrzhanov.
The teachers delighted with the talent of the children asked for performing the play on the school stage one more time.
