Virtual model of a successful school – a new direction of management

In the NIS of the city of Semey, the principals of schools in the Abay region and their deputies were presented with the possibilities of the computer simulator “Management of an educational organization”.

– Now the goal is to create a successful school model. In this direction, a virtual simulator is very relevant, which shows the level of the educational organization, where there are problems and what needs to be developed, – said Nurgul Mukanova, deputy director of school-gymnasium No. 5 named after Shakarim.
Anar Mustafina from secondary school No. 1 in Ayagoz emphasized that the seminar was a discovery for beginners in management: – The path of development of modern educational organizations should be innovative and comprehensively thought out, we have received answers to all questions.
